NANA OS is an independent software company. We build the operating system for nanny agencies across the UK — a specialist platform for candidate registration, compliance, interviews, matching and placements.
Where NANA OS came from
NANA OS was created by the founder of NOTANOTHERNANNYAGENCY LTD. After more than 13 years working as a professional nanny, she launched her own nanny agency — and within 18 months of running it, the gap became obvious. Every system on the market was a generic recruitment CRM that forced agencies to bend their process around the software, with nothing built for enhanced DBS checks, right to work, safeguarding renewals, candidate registration or the realities of matching a family with the right childcarer.
Rather than accept the workarounds, she built the system she needed. That system became NANA OS: a standalone product, developed and maintained as its own platform, now supporting nanny agencies throughout the UK.
This page is the only place that connection is mentioned. NOTANOTHERNANNYAGENCY LTD is simply where the idea started — NANA OS is a separate software platform serving many agencies, and no agency using it is ever branded, represented or promoted as another.

Every workflow in NANA OS comes from real agency practice — registration, compliance, matching, placements and the admin in between.

NANA OS is designed only for nanny and childcare agencies, so the language, compliance checks and journeys already fit how you work.
Support, never competition
NANA OS does not recruit, place candidates or hold client relationships. It is software. Your agency remains the brand candidates and families see.
White-label by design
Every agency on NANA OS has its own workspace: its own business name, logo, brand colours, contact details, privacy policy, terms and representation agreement. Candidates registering with your agency see your branding and your documents — never NANA OS, and never another agency.
