Terms of Service
These terms apply to agencies using the NANA OS platform. They sit alongside the terms and representation agreements each agency issues to its own candidates and clients.
Your account
Agencies are responsible for their workspace, the team members they invite and the accuracy of the records they hold. Login credentials must not be shared, and team access should be removed promptly when someone leaves.
Your data belongs to you
All candidate, client, vacancy and placement records created in your workspace remain your agency's property. NANA OS processes them only to provide the service and never uses them to contact your candidates or clients.
Acceptable use
NANA OS must not be used to store unlawful content, to process data without a lawful basis, or to attempt to access another agency's workspace. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.
The role of the platform
NANA OS is a support tool. It does not recruit, vet, place or contact candidates or families on your behalf, and it does not make regulatory decisions. Compliance responsibility remains with the agency.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and carry out maintenance with as little disruption as possible. Support is provided by email, with response priority depending on your plan.
Fees
Subscription plans are being finalised ahead of launch. Pricing, billing frequency and notice periods will be confirmed in writing before any charge is made.
Ending your subscription
Agencies may cancel at any time and export their records before closure. Data is deleted after a short recovery window following cancellation.
